As we approach the end of 2025 this is a time to make some space to reflect on what this year has carried.

As therapists we give of ourselves every day to support our clients and making time to reflect on our own pathway is equally as important.

Using group discussion, guided visualisation and sand tray work we will give this time freely to think about what has gone before and what is to come in the new year.

Refreshments and light snacks provided

Venue is set in my cosy practice rooms in the countryside in Ryedale, with plenty of parking.

Cost: £40 (maximum group size 6)

(earlybird price £35 if booked before 1st September 2025)
